This is a plain-language summary of how Field of Treasures ("we") handles personal information submitted through this website. We keep this deliberately short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, project type, and message, plus the time of submission. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party fonts, and we set no advertising or profiling identifiers.

How we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps you asked us to take. We do not sell or share your information, and we never use contact-form details for marketing or a mailing list.

Who processes it

The form is served by Cloudflare (hosting and function execution) and stored and delivered to us via Google (Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Gmail). These providers process the data on our behalf so we can receive and respond to your message.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact and then delete them — sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time. Email hello@fieldoftreasures.com and we'll action it, typically within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
